Every home gets measured before anything is ordered. We walk the elevations, note the peaks, dormers, porch returns and gable ends, and record where the power runs. The strands are then cut to those exact lengths, so each run terminates at a corner rather than halfway along a fascia board with a loop of slack taped out of sight.
Bulbs face the same direction down the entire run. Cords follow the gutter line and drop at downspouts rather than crossing the face of the house. Timers are set so the whole property comes on together at dusk. These are small things individually, and together they are the entire difference between a display that looks installed and one that looks improvised.
The most common reason people call us is not the design — it is the roof. Chattanooga has a lot of two-story homes on sloped lots, and a steep-pitch roofline in December is genuinely dangerous. Our crews are trained for that work, and takedown is already included in the price you agreed to in the fall.
