WINGFIELDHOLIDAY LIGHTING
Questions

Got questions? We’ve got answers

The things people usually want to know before they book. If yours is not here, call or text — it is a quicker answer than reading.

What does my first-year quote include?

Your first-year quote covers the custom design, professional-grade materials fitted to your property, installation, in-season maintenance, takedown, and organized, labeled boxing.

Do I own the lights and materials?

No — and that is the point. We provide all lighting and installation supplies for the season, and the equipment remains ours. At the end of the season we remove and store everything for you. Because your lights are already custom-cut and fitted to your home, returning customers can expect roughly 30% lower pricing the following season.

What happens if something goes out in December?

Text or call us and a crew is back on the property within 72 hours to make it right, at no charge. In-season service is part of every install.

When will my lights be installed?

You get a date, not a window. Installs run from October through early December, and the calendar fills in the order people book, so earlier is better.

Do you come back to take everything down?

Yes. Takedown is included in the price you already agreed to. We remove everything in January — no January weekend project for your family.

Do you install Christmas lights near me?

If you are in the Chattanooga area, almost certainly. We cover Chattanooga, Signal Mountain, Lookout Mountain, Hixson, Ooltewah, East Brainerd, Collegedale, North Shore, Red Bank, Soddy-Daisy, and across the Georgia line into Ringgold and Fort Oglethorpe. Not on the list? Call or text 404-906-4989 and ask — we route crews across the whole valley.

How much do Christmas light installers cost in Chattanooga?

Most first-year single-family homes in the Chattanooga area land between $800 and $3,500, depending on linear footage, roof height, tree count and design complexity. Every quote is a fixed, itemized number given after a free on-site measurement.

Where do the lights go after takedown?

We label each run by elevation, box the display, and leave it stored at your property so next season is a single phone call.
