North Shore has some of the most characterful frontages we work on, and they reward a careful install.
Older homes close together with detailed trim, porches and bay windows — lots of architectural lines worth following, and nowhere to hide a sloppy cord run. These are properties where the finish of the install is far more visible than the quantity of light.
We come out and measure before quoting — every run, every roof height, and where the power is. You get a fixed, itemized number in writing. On install day a uniformed crew fits product that was cut for your house, sets the timers, clears the site and walks the result with you. If anything goes dark during the season we are back within 72 hours. In January we take it all down and store it.
Most first-year single-family homes in North Shore land between $800 and $3,500, depending on how much of the property you want lit. Returning customers pay roughly 30% less, because the lights are already cut to fit the house.
