What does my first-year quote include?
Your first-year quote covers the custom design, professional-grade materials fitted to your property, installation, in-season maintenance, takedown, and organized, labeled boxing.
Do I own the lights and materials?
Yes. The materials are cut and fitted to your house in year one and they belong to you. Every season after that is labor only, which is why returning clients pay noticeably less.
What happens if something goes out in December?
Text or call us and a crew is back on the property within 48 hours to make it right, at no charge. In-season service is part of every install.
When will my lights be installed?
You get a date, not a window. Installs run from October through early December, and the calendar fills in the order people book, so earlier is better.
Do you come back to take everything down?
Yes. Takedown is included in the price you already agreed to. We remove everything in January — no January weekend project for your family.
Where do the lights go after takedown?
We label each run by elevation, box the display, and leave it stored at your property so next season is a single phone call.
