So what does this cost?
Every property is quoted after a free on-site visit, because linear footage and roof height change the number more than anything else. But the range is real, and we will tell you where you land before anything is ordered.
We provide all lighting and installation supplies for the season. The equipment remains ours, and once the season ends, we remove and store everything for future use. Because your lights are already custom-cut and fitted to your home, returning customers can expect approximately 30% lower pricing the following season.
What moves the number
- Linear footage of roofline — the single biggest factor
- Roof height and pitch, which drives crew time and equipment
- Number of trees, and whether they need wrapping or canopy work
- Wreaths, garland and other detail pieces
- How far the power has to run, and timer placement
