Ooltewah has grown fast, and a lot of what we light here is newer construction on open lots.
Newer builds mean clean, long rooflines that light well and predictably. The trade-off is less mature planting, so landscape lighting and pathway markers do more of the work in carrying the display down from the roof to the street.
We come out and measure before quoting — every run, every roof height, and where the power is. You get a fixed, itemized number in writing. On install day a uniformed crew fits product that was cut for your house, sets the timers, clears the site and walks the result with you. If anything goes dark during the season we are back within 72 hours. In January we take it all down and store it.
Most first-year single-family homes in Ooltewah land between $800 and $3,500, depending on how much of the property you want lit. Returning customers pay roughly 30% less, because the lights are already cut to fit the house.
